At Takomo Golf, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear before you head out to the first tee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused clubs or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective headcovers and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
